How do you inform and possibly reassure 50,000 employees who work for and with PostNL in times like the COVID pandemic and as fast as possible? Parcours created an internal video in cooperation with Prof. Dr. Eric van Gorp of the Erasmus MC in Rotterdam, one of the leading virologists in the country.

From script to video in only two days. An expert answered the most urgent questions that deliverers and employees of PostNL's sorting centers had at that time about the possible spread of the virus. The Q&A video got positive comments from the target group. Together we've succeeded in bringing the message across loud & clear – in a very short time frame.
